Job Summary
Mythic Minigolf is seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Lead Intern, this is a paid position. Project-based role to drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to lead innovative campaigns, optimize digital presence, and elevate brand visibility through a variety of marketing tactics.
Mythic Minigolf is a new startup venture, located at 4500 Western Blvd Ste 150. We are an indoor, themed mini-golf and arcade facility that also features dedicated event spaces, party packages, food and spirits.
While our branding is established, we are currently seeking a collaborative marketing professional to help us launch successfully. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to lead our market research, develop a comprehensive marketing plan, and oversee its implementation. A passion for mini-golf and the fantasy genre would be a significant asset to this role.
You would be working closely with the ownership team, which includes Marc Hutcheson, formerly a Senior Brand Manager at Blizzard Entertainment and Epic Games, and myself, drawing on my experience as a small business owner of 12 years. While you will have significant professional support and high-level brand guidance, we are looking for someone who can work independently. - Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that align with project goals, including social media marketing, email campaigns, SEO, and advertising sales.
- Manage content creation and copywriting for various platforms, ensuring messaging is engaging, consistent, and optimized for target audiences.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and performance marketing techniques to track success and optimize campaigns. While keeping in mind the ROI.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor budgets for campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality output.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability in content marketing, copywriting, email marketing, and B2B marketing approaches.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Experience managing budgets for projects while delivering measurable results within deadlines.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
