Experienced Aesthetic Nurse (RN/NP/PA)

We are hiring an experienced Aesthetic Nurse to deliver safe, beautiful, natural-looking results while building trust and long-term relationships with patients. This person should have strong technical skill, excellent bedside manner, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, warm, coachable, and aligned with a high-standard, service-driven med spa culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments, including injectables, Botox, fillers, and/or laser-based treatments depending on experience and licensure.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a clean, safe, professional, and compliant treatment environment.
• Consult with patients, review concerns and goals, and help create personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on services, products, treatment plans, process, timing, benefits, after-care, and safety considerations.
• Deliver treatments safely, accurately, and with strong attention to detail.
• Complete documentation, charting, treatment notes, photos, and follow-up information accurately and on time.
• Review before-and-after photos with patients using tools such as Visia and TouchMD when applicable.
• Build rapport with patients through thoughtful communication, excellent service, and personalized follow-up.
• Rebook patients, recommend next steps, and support long-term patient retention.
• Track performance metrics related to patient retention, service utilization, and treatment outcomes 
• Support product knowledge, continuing education, team training, meetings, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license required.
• RN strongly preferred, but qualified NPs and PAs will also be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing injectables, Botox, fillers, and/or laser treatments is a plus
• Experience must be consistent, practical, full-time or near full-time patient-facing experience, not only occasional shifts or training courses.
• Strong bedside manner and outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation habits, safety awareness, and follow-through.
• Ability to educate patients clearly and confidently.
• Professional demeanor and appearance are appropriate for a clinical setting 
• Strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, patient outcomes, and continued learning.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be collaborative, accountable, have a professional work style, growth-minded, and aligned with Mystique's values.

Pay and Benefits

• Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $50-$75 per hour, depending on experience, license type, and skill level.
• Health insurance, dental, and vision insurance are available.
