Location: Marlboro, NJ surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Saturdays during peak season
Pay: $1,400 - $1,925 per week equipment install commission performance bonuses

Position Overview
The Pool Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment while also handling seasonal field services. This is a hands-on role for someone who is mechanically inclined, works efficiently, communicates well, and can deliver high-quality work without being micromanaged.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems
- Perform pool openings, closings, and safety cover installations
- Troubleshoot equipment and plumbing issues in the field
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining company quality standards
- Document work clearly with notes and photos
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional job site presence
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
- Identify upsell opportunities for equipment replacement or upgrades when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of pool industry experience or strong mechanical/service background
- Strong troubleshooting ability and confidence in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors and handle a fast-paced peak season
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently while following company systems and standards
