Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Participate in care planning and develop individualized plans to meet resident needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent required
