Mystic Market is growing, and we’re looking for warm, enthusiastic Front of House Crew Members to join our team in Mystic, CT! This is a full-time, year-round position for individuals who are passionate about food, hospitality, and creating great experiences for every guest.
About the Role:
As a Front of House Crew Member and Sandwich Artist, you’ll be the face of Mystic Market welcoming guests, preparing coffee and specialty drinks, stocking shelves, and helping create a clean, inviting space where people love to shop and dine. You’ll work as part of a supportive team that values kindness, hustle, and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for all customers
- Operate the cash register with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and product displays
- Bag groceries and help guests with their purchases
- Keep your station clean, sanitized, and organized
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain consistent, on-time attendance
- Contribute to a collaborative, can-do team environment
