Prep station - cutting vegetables, lettuce, making salads to spec, portion cold appetizers and plate, plate desserts, assist hot line with certain items. Interact with wait staff to complete orders. Restock station during shift. Clean and sanitize station after shift. Must work well with others and be self motivated.
