Our B2B Business Development Specialists have the opportunity to earn thousands in monthly bonuses on top of a solid base salary. Even better - you’ll be working with hundreds of warm-to-hot leads every month, giving you a real shot at consistent success.

This is a remote role that is primarily phone-based, so confidence and professionalism in phone conversations, Google Meet, and Zoom are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging and converting warm inbound leads.
  • Prospecting through cold outreach and social media engagement.
  • Building relationships and driving new business opportunities.
  • Assisting with inbound phone calls and providing a great first impression for prospects and members.
  • Helping onboard new accounts and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from day one.
  • Supporting various sales and marketing initiatives as needed.

  • Resilient and driven to win.
  • Goal-oriented and client-focused.

  • Skilled in prospecting and cold calling
  • A strong relationship builder.
  • An excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new tools.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
