Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Pediatric
Location: Hilltop, VA
Scheduled Hours: Part-Time
Hours: 12:00pm - 6:30 p.m.
Scheduled Days: 2-3 days per week

What You'll Do
A typical day at MySpot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver one-on-one therapy to children on the spectrum.
- Execute treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as prescribed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Perform stimulus preference assessments to understand individual preferences.
- Accurately collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions.
What You'll Need
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in state of practice.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
