We are currently seeking a pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and make a lasting impression on the lives of the children and families we serve.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in state of practice.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
- Have a passion for creating change in the lives of children and their families.
- Strong desire to serve children with autism and other developmental delays
- Use your communication skills and personality to connect with children and their families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hands-on treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a 1:1 ratio
- Utilize principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach impactful skills such as: communication skills, social skills, daily living skills
- Implement treatment plan and behavior intervention plans developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data utilizing latest technological programs
- Provide updates on progress through written and verbal communication
- Communicate well with team members and supervisors
