The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, ensuring the client's comfort and well-being while allowing them to remain in their home surrounded by loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with mobility, including transfers from wheelchair to other seating areas.
- Provide companionship and engage in outdoor activities.
- Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.
- Communicate effectively with the client, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Monitor the client's condition and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in personal care or a related field.
- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers.
- Excellent communication skills and patience.
