We’re looking for a professional server with a strong background in full-service hospitality. Bartending experience is a plus. Candidates must have a passion for great food, wine, and guest experience. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a commitment to high standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years full-service restaurant experience
- Upscale dining or wine service experience preferred
- Strong communication and salesmanship skills
- Familiarity with sequence of service, wine pairing, and table consolidation
- Part-time position may become full-time as season progresses
- Must be willing to learn and describe all menu items in detail including food, wine, and libations
