Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with an Industrial Supplier on a Territory Sales Manager opportunity for the Kent, WA market. In this role, you'll develop new business, grow existing accounts, develop and maintain vendor relationships and act as a subject matter expert to expand your territory. Client is looking for hydraulics, pneumatic, fluid power motor control, automation machinery manufacturing, commercial industrial machinery or industrial machine manufacturing industry experience.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships
- Sell products to current and new accounts and develop and coordinate target accounts
- Coordinate efforts with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strive to consistently maximize profitability by utilizing programs, promotions and product support materials
- Maintain and develop professional/technical knowledge
- Communicate regularly with management on sales goals, market trends, challenges and opportunities Review all accounts, attend training, and work with factory representatives regular
What you'll need:
- 4 plus years in Outside Sales in the industrial distribution, manufacturing, electrical or similar industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skill
- Mechanical or technical aptitude with ability to learn product applications
- Willingness to learn consultative selling and solution-based approach
- Ability to identify opportunities and support account growth initiative
- Strong organization and time management skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM system
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
