Myrick Recruiting, LLC is proud to partner with a Construction Materials Company on a Sales Director role for North America. This role is responsible for overseeing the company's sales and operations while implementing business strategies that ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Development implementation of the sales strategy for North America.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across various departments
- Go-to-market process (objectives, sales channels, etc.) as well as close coordination and cooperation to gain market share
- P&L responsibility in the region.
- Preparation of the mid-term plan, the annual budget, as well as forecast and demand planning.
- Organizational development, Building and expanding new markets, Employee development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related area
- At least 8-10 years' experience in a leadership capacity (Sales and Operations)
- Previous experience in the Building Materials, Construction, Equipment sectors
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning and business development to set clear objectives and priorities
- Previous P&L responsibilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
