Myrick Recruiting, LLC is proud to partner with a Global Manufacturer on a Regional Manager role for the IL and OH market. The individual will cultivate potential sales leads by traveling to meet with prospective and existing clients building strong partnerships in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers
- Manage and track sales and progress in customer relationship management software
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales Requirements and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship
- Previous experience in the Utilities, Electrical, or Equipment sectors preferred
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment
- Experience with common customer relationship management software and platforms
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Must be willing to travel 50%
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
