BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Myriad USA is looking to fill the Gifts Manager position for its fast-growing operations team. Reporting directly to the COO, this person would be responsible for all contributions and their processing at the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entering all contributions to Myriad USA and providing proper receipting.
- Providing direct assistance to donors.
- Responsible for any unique gift flows into the organization.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues trying to organize special events that include contributions.
- Serve as a resource for staff on any gift or pledge questions.
- Lead gift entry improvements, planning and implementation.
- Responsible for monthly donation and pledge reconciliations.
- Ensures CRM for donors accurately maintained and updated.
- Provide donation reporting support as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree, with five to seven years of work experience
- Gift entry or bookkeeping experience desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and engage with colleagues and donors from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to learn new skills, take direction and work as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a small business environment -- can-do attitude, self-starter.
- Strong computer proficiency, including willingness to learn new programs.
- Able to work independently, self-guide workflow, handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Foreign language(s) and international experience a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Gross annual salary of $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 403(b) Retirement with 150% company match up to 8% of total compensation.
