Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and understands that accuracy, organization, and accountability are critical.
The ideal candidate is not someone who simply follows instructions—they proactively identify issues, implement solutions, and lead by example while working alongside the warehouse team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations
* Maintain accurate inventory through routine cycle counts and physical inventories
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of orders
* Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics providers
* Schedule inbound and outbound freight
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
* Perform warehouse audits and maintain organized inventory locations
* Maintain and update inventory using Excel spreadsheets and warehouse systems
* Train, coach, and hold warehouse staff accountable for performance and accuracy
* Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency and reduce errors
* Work closely with purchasing, operations, customer service, and management
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse at all times
Qualifications
*2 years of warehouse experience
* Forklift Certification (required)
* Experience performing cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and logistics
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
