The Satellite Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations of a satellite office while ensuring consistency and alignment with headquarters. This role involves managing office procedures, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records, and supporting staff to optimize efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication with headquarters is essential to maintain standardized policies and procedures.

Essential Functions
- Understand and follow CSI HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee and manage daily satellite office operations and procedures, ensuring coordination with headquarters.
- Report and coordinate employee transfers and updates with headquarters to ensure that employee and department directories remain current.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and greeting guests.
- Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all clients and visitors.
- Arrange travel, hotel, car reservations, and prepare itineraries.
- Maintain calendars and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate with headquarters and team members to plan and organize meals, snacks, and necessary support for corporate meetings.
- Maintain a list of quality local caterers, restaurants, and vendors to support meetings and corporate events.
- Track receipts and records for all transactions to properly assign costs for corporate meetings and events.
- Ensure front entry, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas are safe, clean, and organized at all times.
- Enforce security procedures by monitoring building entry, notifying management about unescorted guests and emergency situations, and assisting with the issuing of guest passes / identification.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, reserving conference rooms, and making phone calls.
- Schedule and book interviews as needed.
- Assist with corporate, client, and group events as needed.

Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
