MyPoint is seeking a full-time Card Services Representative for our Kearny Mesa location. The position provides card services support for all Visa, debit card, and ATM programs. Duties include handling lost/stolen accounts, issuing/reissuing accounts, charge backs, interfacing with card services processors, and handling disputes and billing problems.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience with card services, knowledge of rules and regulations related to card services programs, and excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff and the public. Candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
