Client Service Representative – MyPetScan Diagnostic Imaging

At MyPetScan, we believe every pet deserves an answer. We are a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center dedicated exclusively to pets, providing advanced MRI, CT, ultrasound, and endoscopy services to support veterinarians and their patients.

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Service Representative who understands that behind every case is a concerned owner and a beloved family member. This role is more than customer service—it’s about guiding clients through stressful moments with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm, supportive, and professional experience
• Answer client inquiries and address concerns with empathy and accuracy
• Provide clear information about imaging services, procedures, and scheduling
• Coordinate appointments and communicate effectively with referring veterinarians
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a calm and solution-oriented manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical and client records
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, veterinary medicine, or healthcare preferred
• Genuine compassion for animals and the people who love them
• Strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients during emotional situations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Positive, professional demeanor with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with care
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
