This is a full-time, on-site role for a Therapist based in Lake Geneva, WI. The Therapist will work directly with clients to provide individualized treatment plans that promote emotional, mental, and behavioral health. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, leading therapy sessions, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic support. The Therapist will work closely with clients and their families, utilizing evidence-based approaches to aid in their personal development and overall well-being.
- Clinical skills in counseling, mental health therapy, and emotional and behavioral support
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with clients and their families
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to confidentiality standards
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Licensure as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or related license) in the state of Wisconsin
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in practice
- Prior experience in a residential, educational, or habilitation setting for individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle diverse caseloads effectively
