Overview This is a part time, flexible position averaging <10 hours per week. (Actual hours may vary week to week based on program needs. You have choice in hours worked and most hours worked will be during 1st and 2nd shifts: daytime and early evening.) We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Delegator (RND) to join our team in a vital leadership and mentorship role. This part-time position offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple programs. As an RND, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while coaching, training, and supporting staff to deliver safe, high-quality care. Why You’ll Love This Role: Be a clinical leader and trusted mentor Help shape staff success and client outcomes Enjoy flexibility and variety in your workday Travel locally and connect with diverse programs Make a real difference—every single day What You’ll Do: Train and mentor new hires on RN-delegated tasks Ensure compliance with DHS 83.37 (2)(e) and s.N 6.03(3) Observe, evaluate, and document staff competency in RN-delegated tasks Conduct simulated and in-person training evaluations Review and update protocols related to RN Delegation Provide ongoing assessment and coaching to staff in the field Demonstrate professionalism and compassion when working with clients who may experience behavioral challenges Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement Travel to programs in Fort Atkinson, West Bend, Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Racine What We’re Looking For: Licensed Registered Nurse with current Wisconsin licensure in good standing Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing Experience in training and/or human services preferred Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and insured personal vehicle Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills Ability to collaborate effectively across departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Flexibility in scheduling Successful completion of a caregiver background check Why HIL?
