The Associate HR Business Partner partners closely with HR leadership and operations teams to support day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, employee relations support, compliance tracking, Workday administration, background checks, and employment processes across multiple MyPath companies. What You’ll Do: • Support employee onboarding, pre-boarding, and employment status changes through Workday • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding compliance items including I-9s, E-Verify, fingerprints, TB tests, motor vehicle checks, and insurance verification • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, site leadership, and orientation facilitators to ensure timely onboarding completion • Conduct and review background checks in alignment with company and regulatory guidelines • Support unemployment claims, employee file maintenance, and HR record retention • Assist with employee relations processes, policy interpretation, and exit interviews • Support leave administration, PTO processing, and timecard adjustments • Partner with leadership to provide HR support that promotes employee engagement and operational success • Travel periodically to support local and regional offices as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred • Professional HR certification preferred • Experience working in HR systems or HCM platforms preferred • Strong judgment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required Why MyPath? • 100% employee-owned company (ESOP) • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision • 401(k), PTO, wellness resources, and employee assistance program • Growth and development opportunities across multiple service lines • Meaningful work supporting individuals, families, and communities Work Environment: This role works across office, school, and residential environments and requires flexibility, collaboration, professionalism, and confidentiality in a fast-paced setting.
