About the Role: We’re looking for a Vice President of Marketing to accelerate MyOutDesk’s brand presence and lead generation engine. You’ll translate strategy into action—building campaigns that elevate our visibility, attract top clients, and fuel measurable growth in the BPO and virtual staffing industry.What You’ll Do: • Manage sales enablement and demand generation campaigns that drive revenue. • Lead brand marketing initiatives across organic and paid media channels. • Implement generative AI strategy, SEO, structured data, and content optimization for corporate websites. • Partner with PR and communications teams to strengthen MOD’s thought leadership. • Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, and performance improvement. • Inspire and develop a global marketing team aligned with business goals.Who You Are: • 8–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience. • Skilled in digital marketing, campaign optimization, and analytics. • Experienced in B2B or BPO services with strong collaboration across sales teams. • Passionate about building brand equity and measurable impact.Why Join MOD?
