This individual will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and medical teams to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
What You'll Do:
Event Execution & Logistics
- Plan and execute conferences, field events, dinners, and hosted experiences.
- Manage booth logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and on-site execution.
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent brand presence across all events.
- Support development of target account lists and pre-event outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales to drive meeting bookings and attendance.
- Assist in aligning event goals with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Create and manage content tied to events and broader marketing initiatives, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media, and sales collateral.
- Capture and repurpose event content (e.g., interviews, testimonials, session highlights) into reusable marketing assets.
- Support development of thought leadership and educational content for healthcare audiences.
- Coordinate and execute webinars, including speaker management, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Repurpose webinar content into on-demand assets and multi-channel campaigns.
- Align webinar topics with broader marketing and product priorities.
- Support identification and coordination of key opinion leaders (KOLs) for events and content initiatives.
- Assist in managing relationships and facilitating content opportunities such as interviews and testimonials.
- Track key metrics across events, webinars, and content initiatives.
- Support reporting on engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and optimize future programs.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and medical teams to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities.
- Support integrated campaigns that connect events, content, and digital marketing efforts.
- 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing roles
- Experience supporting event execution (conferences, webinars, or field events)
- Strong writing and content development skills across multiple formats
- Highly organized with strong project management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in healthcare, genomics, biotech, or life sciences preferred
- Experience marketing to healthcare providers (HCPs) or clinical audiences would be ideal
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Experience capturing and repurposing multimedia content (video, interviews, etc.)
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Location: Remote in the US
- Compensation: Annual base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000, based on experience. This role is also eligible for equity.
