Temporary Warehouse Workers – MRC USA (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
About the Role
MRC USA is hiring temporary warehouse workers to support a warehouse reorganization project at our Rancho Cucamonga facility. This short-term position involves moving boxes, palletizing inventory, and assisting with warehouse layout and cleaning tasks to improve efficiency and organization.
Responsibilities
- Move, lift, and organize boxes and pallets throughout the warehouse
- Palletize, shrink-wrap, and prepare products for storage or shipment
- Assist with general warehouse cleaning and reorganization
- Follow directions from warehouse management and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Must wear closed-toe shoes and adhere to all safety guidelines
Schedule & Duration
- Temporary position (approximately 2–4 weeks)
- Workdays and hours to be scheduled as needed (not limited to Monday–Friday)
- Located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Compensation
- $17 per hour
- Potential opportunity for full-time employment for high-performing workers
