As a Business Assistant ( Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Coordinator ), you are the first person that our patients see when they walk in and have one of the most ( if not the most ) important positions in a dental office. You will work in an environment that encourages learning, team cohesion, and puts patients first

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dental office / same position
- Saturday availability is essential. While you won’t be scheduled every Saturday, being available is a requirement for the role.
- Start time is as early as 8:20 AM each day.
- End times can vary:
- On weekdays, we close at 6:00pm, and shifts can go as late as 6:45 PM, though most days end earlier.
- On Saturdays, we close at 3:00 pm the latest shift ends at 3:45 PM, but again, most Saturdays finish sooner.
- Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend
- Cross Trained / some knowledge of the Clinical side
- Spanish Speaker
