Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive compensation based on Collection
- Our fee schedules are negotiated fees and higher than most practices. You get paid more for the same service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing dentistry after graduation
- Available to work min every other Saturday
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA License and CPR certification
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (unable to sponsor visas)
- Strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on quality
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental techniques
- Work-Life Balance: With a typical schedule of only 14-15 patients per 8-hour workday, we ensure you have time to focus on each patient while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
