- Competitive compensation based on Production
- Guaranteed daily minimum of $1,100/day
- Sign-on bonuses $25,000
- Reimbursement for out-of-state licensing fees (only in Wisconsin)
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA License and CPR certification
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (unable to sponsor visas)
