Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

• 4-40 License Required
• 1-5 years Insurance?Service experience?
• **SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS**
• Independent Agency experience preferred.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software experience.?
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.?

• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance.?
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.?
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.?
• Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.?
• Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.?
