Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking using RF scanners and
pick systems to fulfill shipping orders accurately and efficiently. - Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and condition of goods.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks and materials handling with proper techniques to prevent injury and damage.
- Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems (WMS), maintaining accurate stock levels and location records.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and mechanical guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
- Valid forklift certification; experience operating cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and construction or industrial environments is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout shifts.
- Prior warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are advantageous but not required.

Pay: $24.87 - $29.95 per hour
