Job Description / Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as assigned
- Assist with other general ledger & reporting assignments ensuring accurate recording of transactions and compliance with company policies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing entries as assigned
- Support financial analysis and other ad hoc reporting as needed
- Prepare daily wires, EFTs, and online payments.
- Provide necessary documentation to assist with external audits as assigned
- Availability to work a Monday to Friday work schedule
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 - 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
- High accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
- Conducts self with professionalism and respect towards others
Preferred Qualifications
- Accounting experience in an ecommerce or manufacturing environment
- Experience with NetSuite
- CPA, CMA, CGMA
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, based on experience, with potential for higher compensation for highly qualified candidates.
