Staff Accountant (2 Year Experience Required)

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as assigned
• Assist with other general ledger & reporting assignments ensuring accurate recording of transactions and compliance with company policies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing entries as assigned
• Support financial analysis and other ad hoc reporting as needed
• Prepare daily wires, EFTs, and online payments.
• Provide necessary documentation to assist with external audits as assigned
• Availability to work a Monday to Friday work schedule

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 - 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
• High accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
• Conducts self with professionalism and respect towards others

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting experience in an ecommerce or manufacturing environment
• Experience with NetSuite
• CPA, CMA, CGMA

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, based on experience, with potential for higher compensation for highly qualified candidates.
