Maintenance Technician – Full Time
Myler Management Group is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours per week.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing general maintenance and repairs at residential rental properties and helping ensure our properties are kept in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders at rental properties
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose common maintenance issues
- Complete repairs and make-ready work between tenants
- Communicate professionally with tenants when entering occupied properties
- Keep track of assigned work orders and completed repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with other property maintenance needs as necessary
Qualifications
- General maintenance and repair experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other home repairs
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple work orders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in rental property or apartment maintenance is a plus
- Experience with AppFolio is a plus
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
