Position Overview
We're seeking Board-Certified Physicians to deliver acute care remotely via telehealth, in partnership with on-site paramedics.

What You'll Do
Conduct remote assessments and manage acute conditions
Collaborate with paramedics providing hands-on care
Create personalized treatment plans and prevent readmissions
Communicate with care teams to ensure continuity
Document encounters and use multiple EMRs

IV Meds & Access
Respiratory Support
CLIA-Waived Blood Tests
Viral/Bacterial Swabs
Catheter, G-Tube & Central Line Care
Shifts & Schedule
Minimum Availability: 4 shifts/month (including 1 weekend shift/month)
Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM
Flexible Scheduling: 7 days/week
Requirements
Must-Have:
MD or DO with Board Certification (EM, IM, FM)
Comfortable with multiple EMRs
Excellent communication & clinical decision-making
Telehealth or home-based care experience
2 Years Experience
Active license in NY, PA, or LA
Prefer PA or LA
Nice-to-Have:
Direct experience working with EMS responders
Background in value-based care
Tech & Environment Expectations
Quiet, professional, HIPAA-compliant setting
Reliable internet quality webcam & mic
Good lighting professional appearance
Licensing Support
We support multi-state licensing and will coordinate much of the process. You'll need to respond promptly to licensing and credentialing requests (e.g., documentation, fingerprints, etc.).
Compensation
$75/hr, $75 per visit after first 4 visits
