We are transforming acute care through an integrated, data-first technology suite.Summary of the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Data Analyst to be the owner of our analytics data management and structure. This role is responsible for the full data lifecycle—from designing and building scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data models to implementing statistical analysis and advanced data visualization. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, Partner, and Clinical Operations teams, translating analytical findings into strategies that enhance service delivery, optimize operational efficiency, and improve patient outcomes.What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)Data Pipeline & Modeling: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
