Duties

• Maintain cleanliness standards by thoroughly cleaning dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Assist with bussing tables promptly to keep the dining area organized and welcoming for guests.
• Support food service operations by preparing and serving meals, beverages, and snacks with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special requests or concerns.
• Support catering events by setting up serving stations, replenishing supplies, and ensuring smooth operation during events.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, share information, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food handling safety standards.
• Experience working in hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of the food industry practices including serving techniques and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience with kitchen or restaurant operations will be advantageous but is not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
