We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect with 5-10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a complimentary addition to our design team, and capable of immediately playing an integral role in projects from schematic design through construction documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Leadership: Oversee all design phases of architectural projects, including design development and construction documentation.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to determine project objectives and requirements, providing professional guidance throughout the design process.
- Design Development: Produce detailed architectural designs and plans utilizing Revit.
- Team Coordination: Integrate with our in-office and consultant design teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review construction documents, technical specifications, and ensure adherence to office standards, codes and regulations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Architectural education from an accredited institution with a degree required for potential licensure.
- Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes and commercial construction methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with collaborative project teams and managing client relationships.
