Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Medical Director** to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care and driving the strategic growth of our practice. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight in a multidisciplinary environment focused on pain management.

**Key Responsibilities**

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Champion the growth of the organization by building brand recognition and expanding service reach.
  • Guide the development and structure of clinical staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on policies, procedures, and operational enhancements.

Clinical Practice:

  • Manage your own patient caseload, including performing procedures in an ambulatory surgical center.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of patient medical histories, perform physical, orthopedic, and neurological exams.
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists, chiropractors, and rehabilitation teams.
  • Ensure all clinical services align with best practices and meet both federal and state regulatory requirements.

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure the clinic is appropriately staffed with well-trained professionals.
  • Review patient charts to verify appropriate care and generate necessary reports.
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new medical providers.
  • Participate in internal operations, staff training, and organizational meetings.

Mentorship & Quality Assurance:

  • Mentor clinical providers through regular chart reviews, case studies, and in-service training.
  • Provide constructive feedback to rehabilitation and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.

Education:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of a Pain Medicine Fellowship

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing physician
  • Strong background in pain management required

Licensure & Certification:

  • Valid and active New Jersey Medical License
  • Current DEA Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300, $400,000.00 per year
