Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Medical Director** to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care and driving the strategic growth of our practice. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight in a multidisciplinary environment focused on pain management.
**Key Responsibilities**
Leadership & Strategy:
- Champion the growth of the organization by building brand recognition and expanding service reach.
- Guide the development and structure of clinical staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on policies, procedures, and operational enhancements.
Clinical Practice:
- Manage your own patient caseload, including performing procedures in an ambulatory surgical center.
- Conduct detailed reviews of patient medical histories, perform physical, orthopedic, and neurological exams.
- Develop and oversee treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists, chiropractors, and rehabilitation teams.
- Ensure all clinical services align with best practices and meet both federal and state regulatory requirements.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure the clinic is appropriately staffed with well-trained professionals.
- Review patient charts to verify appropriate care and generate necessary reports.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new medical providers.
- Participate in internal operations, staff training, and organizational meetings.
Mentorship & Quality Assurance:
- Mentor clinical providers through regular chart reviews, case studies, and in-service training.
- Provide constructive feedback to rehabilitation and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.
Education:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a Pain Medicine Fellowship
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing physician
- Strong background in pain management required
Licensure & Certification:
- Valid and active New Jersey Medical License
- Current DEA Certification

Pay: $300, $400,000.00 per year
