Audio/ Visual Installation Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Installation Supervisor to lead the deployment of CLIENT’s premium cinema technologies SCREENX and 4DX, in theaters across the region. This role involves supervising on-site installations, ensuring compliance with technical standards, supporting theater launches, and providing ongoing field service for both new and existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full installation process for SCREENX and 4DX systems in both new builds and retrofitted auditoriums, including video projector setup, motion chair assembly, and A/V equipment installation.
• Confirm that auditoriums meet CLIENT’s technical and facility specifications, based on design documentation.
• Handle network integration between CLIENT’s systems and the exhibitor's cinema infrastructure.
• Conduct system calibration, commissioning, and final performance tuning.
• Perform thorough testing and system adjustments, and deliver hands-on operator training.
• Obtain final approval from exhibitors post-installation.
• Support the successful launch and grand opening of SCREENX and 4DX theaters.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues as part of ongoing field service for installed systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or degrees in electronics, engineering, or related fields are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical system installations, preferably in cinema or the audio-visual industry.
• Familiarity with construction environments and basic construction protocols.
• Solid understanding of networked audio-visual systems.
• Strong mechanical skills and technical aptitude.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working at heights, including from scaffolding and mechanical lifts.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
