Construction Contracts Administrator

We are seeking seasoned Construction Administration Professionals to join our dynamic architectural and interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be a complimentary addition to our construction administration team ensuring that designs are executed in accordance with the contract documents and our client’s requirements.

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Leadership: Contribute to all phases of architectural projects, including quality control and constructability reviews of design development / construction documents, and the lead role of project construction administration services.
• Client Collaboration: Interface with clients and consultants during the construction phase to provide design team leadership.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with our architectural / interior design and consultant teams to achieve coordinated design solutions and ensure adherence to project design goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Construction Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and building codes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Review construction documents, technical specifications and construction phase submittals to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree in architecture, engineering, or building construction related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in construction documentation and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Revit, and Construction Administration software platforms.
• Strong understanding of building codes and commercial construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for construction phase services; requests for overnight travel are rare.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
