Position Overview
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support to the CEO. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
This position is fully based in our office in Hackensack, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare daily briefings.
- Office Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and manage office logistics.
- Document Management: Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, maintain files, and support corporate recordkeeping.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing initiatives, track deadlines, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, ideally in both French and English.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 per year
