Role Overview
This is a full-desk, sales-driven recruiting role responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering end-to-end recruiting solutions. You’ll own the entire lifecycle—from client acquisition to candidate placement—and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Prospect and acquire new clients through cold outreach, networking, onsite visits, and industry events
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and negotiate staffing, direct-hire, and HR service agreements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; track and report activity and results
Client Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Lead client intake meetings to define hiring needs, timelines, and candidate criteria
- Provide regular updates and identify new opportunities within existing accounts
Recruiting & Delivery
- Post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and match talent to client needs
- Oversee the recruiting process through offer and placement
Collaboration & Market Engagement
- Partner with internal teams on sales and growth strategies
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand market presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years at a staffing agency in a full-desk, sales-focused recruiting role
- Proven success in new client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ATS and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters a plus)
