We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and versatile Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of interior and exterior repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, work independently, and provide excellent service while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, replacing light fixtures, changing filters).
- Conduct minor carpentry work, including building/repairing shelves, doors, and trim.
- Handle drywall installation and repair (patching, sanding) and interior/exterior painting.
- Install or repair flooring, windows, and various fixtures (e.g., door hardware, blinds, appliances).
- Perform exterior maintenance such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and fence repairs.
- Conduct walk-through assessments to identify repair needs and prepare cost estimates.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Document work performed and manage job details using our scheduling app/system.

Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a handyman or in a related trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical) is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong general repair skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations is a plus.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is typically required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (or company vehicle provided, if applicable).
- Ownership of basic tools required for maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work from ladders or in tight spaces.
