Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Team Sales Specialist at MyHOUSE Sports Gear. In this position, you will focus on driving team sales by building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their custom gear needs, providing product recommendations, and managing the sales process. You will provide excellent customer service, deliver tailored training sessions to clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team through collaboration and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and provide exceptional support.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients about MyHOUSE products and services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with relevant technology, including CRM software, and a willingness to learn internal tools.
- Previous experience in sports or athletic wear sales, particularly in a team sports context, is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
