No cold-calling or prospecting - warm leads provided through Fisher Investments' marketing efforts. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on wealth management of high-net-worth individuals. This is an in-office job located in Camas, WA.

The Day-to-Day
- Review prospects' personal financial situation and provide solutions
- Educate prospective clients on the competitive landscape
- Benefit from ongoing training in advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets and portfolio management with defined upward career trajectory
- No travel is required as this position is focused on phone-based sales or virtual connections
- 2 years experience working in financial services preferred
- Quantifiable track record of success
- Success persuading and educating prospects
- This is a commission-first position with uncapped earning potential. Base pay starts at $100,000, moving to a fully commissioned role by the start of year 3. Monthly commission is a percentage of estimated first year's management fees.
