What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve US launch governance and readiness frameworks for new strategic franchise.
  • Lead launch stage‑gate criteria, endorsements, and readiness assessments.
  • Provide portfolio‑level oversight of US launches and major lifecycle events.
  • Facilitate strategic tradeoff decisions across timing, scope, supply, and SKU strategy.
  • Design and support complex, non‑standard launch supply and flow‑of‑goods solutions.
  • Define pre‑approval and managed access supply strategies where applicable.
  • Identify launch risks early and drive mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Deliver executive‑ready insights on launch readiness, risks, and milestones.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of launch excellence tools, playbooks, and KPIs.

Who You Are

You are a strategic launch leader with deep experience navigating complex, regulated global environments. You thrive in ambiguity, influence without authority, and bring clarity to high‑stakes decisions. You are energized by enabling successful patient access through disciplined execution and strong cross‑functional partnerships.

  • Financial and enterprise‑level risk assessment acumen.
  • Experience with complex or constrained supply launches
  • Executive communication and decision enablement with ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong cross‑functional and matrix leadership skills.
