The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). - Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Create and execute global supply chain strategies that enhance operational performance and reduce end-to-end costs
- Data-Driven Analysis: Perform advanced data modeling to identify performance gaps and implement both immediate and long-term technological solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to solve execution challenges and share best practices across global regions
- Leadership Communication: Provide transparent, clear reporting on program status, risks, and metrics to leadership and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL
- 4 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau
