How will you make an impact?
- As a Senior Director of Product Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll guide strategic initiatives driving innovation and growth across our portfolio of scientific solutions.
- You'll develop and execute comprehensive product strategies, from concept to commercialization, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- This leadership role involves creating product roadmaps, driving go-to-market strategies, and building strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
- You'll collaborate across divisions to align product development with customer needs and company objectives, while optimizing portfolio performance and P&L management.

Education

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience in driving global business initiatives and commercial strategy.
- Effectiveness in cross-functional leadership and matrix organization navigation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with strong business acumen.
- Expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insight development.
- Demonstrated success in new product development and commercialization.
- Experience with business development, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% (domestic and international).
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $231,200.00–$346,775.00.
