They set a strong engineering bar through testing, peer reviews, and mentoring to help the team scale.
What you will do?
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions to support Fiserv business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform development, testing, and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities.
- 6 years of experience in software development (or equivalent combination of education/experience/military).
- 3 years of experience with 1 programming language (Java, C, C#, C , or similar).
- 3 years of experience with SQL databases.
- 3 years of experience with 1 cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- 3 years of experience working in Agile methodologies.
- 1 years of experience in the financial services industry.
