Job Title

Inside SalesAbout your role:As an Inside Sales Professional II, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships from within the office. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Fiserv's products and services to meet those needs. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.What you'll do:Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Present Fiserv's products and services to potential clients and demonstrate their value.Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.Track sales activities and maintain detailed records.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have:3 years of experience in inside sales1 year(s) of experience in developing and executing sales strategies1 year(s) of experience in building and maintaining client relationships1 year(s) of experience in achieving sales targets and goals3 years of equivalent combination of an educational background, related experience, and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Knowledge of the financial technology industryStrong negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategiesAdditional Job DescriptionAdditional Job Description3-5 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
