This Position Reports To
Commissioning Service Manager
ABB’s Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world’s largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun – leaner and cleaner. We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

Each day, you will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing entry level field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performs analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
- Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards.
- Troubleshooting simple equipment failures and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience or a special combination of experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments will be considered.
- Must be willing to maintain overnight travel of 80%.
